Shipping & Delivery

We ship most of our stylish products anywhere in Canada via Canada Post.
You can also pick up in-store. The only exception is furniture - which can be picked up at the warehouse or delivered to addresses in the Greater Vancouver area only.

  • Standard Shipping - all orders are filled within 48 hours for in-stock items and are delivered via Canada Post, normally within 7-10 days.
  • In-Store or Warehouse Pick-Up - we will contact you by phone and/or email to advise when your order is ready and to provide instructions.
  • White Glove Delivery & Assembly Service - we will contact you by phone and email to make arrangements for a day and time that suits you best.

For White Glove Delivery Service only - IF you are not available at the address specified by you when the courier delivers your product, the courier will try contacting you by phone one time only and then leave a note notifying you that delivery was attempted. lf you are not contactable, your product will be returned to HLI and our Customer Care Team will attempt to contact you to arrange for alternate delivery. The initial delivery fee is not refundable. You will be charged that fee again for any subsequent delivery attempts OR you can arrange to pick up at the warehouse.


    International Orders

    At this time we do not ship outside Canada.

    Our Return & Exchange Policies

    All regular priced items can be returned for a full refund in the method of payment issued within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.
    All merchandise must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

    Final Sale items that cannot be returned or exchanged and considered a FINAL SALE include: Gift certificates, shipping & delivery fees, custom orders and sale items.

    • By Mail - carefully pack up your items and purchase a return label from the shipping carrier of your choice. Once we've received your item and inspected it to ensure original condition, we'll process a refund to the original payment method (or store credit if requested). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • In-Store - refunds and exchanges can be processed in-store at #3 - 121 Brew Street, Port Moody, BC. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the returned item value. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Credit Card Information & Payment:

    Credit card information collected for the purpose of payment of products purchased at Home Lounge Interiors will be stored securely. Please note that your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. Credit card information will be masked on your account and will not be visible to HLI representatives. Provision of credit card information as payment for the product constitutes an agreement of your purchase of the selected products. You must not pay or attempt to pay for product/s using fraudulent credit card information.

    Pricing & Tax:

    Prices displayed on the site are shown in Canadian dollars.

    HST or GST and provincial sales tax will be applied at check-out. Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the price of the products. GST and the equivalent provincial sales tax is subject to change and users of the Home Lounge Interiors
    Website will not be informed if a change occurs. All prices are subject to change. All prices displayed on this website are only valid online at the time shown.

    Acceptance of Orders:

    You warrant that all information you supply to us at the time of placing an order for products that are offered for sale by us through the site and in connection with an order made using the site, is true and correct. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not indicate our acceptance of your order and it does not confirm our offer to sell. Home Lounge Interiors the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt of your order. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. Home Lounge Interiors reserves the right to refuse any order without giving reason. lf we cancel an order, we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method of payment received.

    Customer Communications:

    HLI will communicate with you about your order and the purchased product using email. Account holders must provide a valid email address for this purpose. From time to time, HLI will also send you marketing material. lf you do not wish to
    receive such material, you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by sending us an email with the words 'unsubscribe' in the subject line.

    Item Availability:

    Some of our high traffic brands can experience an above average inventory tum over. We have implemented processes that mitigate the chance of an item being unavailable, but upon occasion, an item may become unavailable after it has been purchased by a customer. ln this event, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order, unless a suitable replacement can be found and is agreed to by the customer.

     Order Cancellations:

    You may cancel your order or parts of your order if it has not yet been fulfilled and dispatched by HLI. HLI will not charge you for the orders cancelled, nor will we charge you a cancellation fee. However, once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order. HLI reserves the right to cancel your order if -

    • You provide an un-authorized credit card
    • We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided
    • You provide invalid personal details
    • The product has become unavailable

    Home Lounge Interiors will notify you before cancelling your order.
